The idea stage:

Either self-managed or a part of a team, I thrive best with positive and curious people who are always game for "sure, let's try it". I like to bring options A, B and C to the table, while allowing branding to flex and shine. Constantly thinking of how people receive information is a hum in the back of my design mind, with A.I., social media and life itself spinning and evolving. How do we reach our audience in an authentic and timely way, is a question at the top of my mind with every creative challenge.​

The "uh-oh" stage:

I work easily with various stakeholders learning their language and sharing mine. With a roll-your sleeves up attitude, I am always game for finding solutions in the conventional and non-conventional spaces (Who doesn't wanna be the one to crack that code!) to gain insight. Often-times under high pressure and approaching deadlines, I prioritize tasks with project management so that every marker can be met.​​

The win stage:

Knowing that we all should celebrate our wins no matter how small, I am always happy to shine a light on team successes and learn from hiccups along the way. When the great things are achieved by all the small things coming together, it deserves recognition. Motivating others gives me great joy, and fostering happy and healthy relationships at work is a bonus either on screen, or at a desk down the hall.​
